Alterations to a Federation house. Many original features had been covered or removed by previous owners.

The external works included replacing the external brick skin with dry pressed bricks, replacing the sunroom cladding with cedar timber shingles, replacing aluminium windows with heritage detailed timber and building chimneys to match the original house. The original gable end and timber porch details were exposed.

Internally, new wall openings allow light to the living areas whilst retaining the character of the rooms. A contemporary kitchen, bathrooms and fixtures were provided.

Completed in 2004.
