This 70’s Fairlight apartment was transformed from dark and dated into a chic, light-filled retreat. M+M Architects reimagined the space with cross ventilation, natural light, and a modern, luxurious design.
In collaboration with NB Consulting engineers, structural changes opened up the layout while ensuring integrity and function. Interior designer Melissa Collison brought a soft, feminine aesthetic to life, with rich marble accents, soft pink hues, and an elegant open plan.
Modern amenities, premium finishes, and thoughtful detailing elevate everyday living. The result is a timeless yet contemporary home that perfectly balances luxury, comfort, and style.
