Kurraba Point Apartment 2

Description

M+M Architects is proud to showcase this heritage conservation project – a stunning transformation of a two-bedroom Class 2 apartment on the Neutral Bay waterfront.

In collaboration with a dynamic mother-daughter duo, we preserved the charm of the original sandstone and weatherboard structure while introducing modern comfort and style. Key heritage features, like exposed sandstone walls, were retained and opened up to enhance natural light.

The apartment was fully renovated with new floors, ceilings, custom robe joinery, updated bedrooms, and the addition of two kitchens and bathrooms. Outdoor living was elevated with a bespoke pizza oven, BBQ area, and vergola – perfect for entertaining.

Working with interior designer Mina Staples, we curated a warm, luxurious interior tailored to our clients’ lifestyle.

This project blends heritage character with contemporary living, creating a timeless, welcoming home.
