M+M Architects is excited to showcase this upcoming project for  Mosman Mansion.

We propose designing a stunning Mosman Mansion on a spacious, sloping site in, offering breathtaking views of Great Sirius Cove. Our vision is to create a luxurious residence split into two distinct yet complementary sections, seamlessly blending with the landscape.

We will divide he mansion into two main parts. Each of these would be serving unique functions while ensuring smooth connectivity. The first section will contain several opulent bedrooms, each providing a private retreat with spectacular views of Sydney Harbour. We wil incorporate large windows to maximize natural light and open up the spaces.

Next to the bedrooms, expansive living areas will cater to both intimate gatherings and grand events. These spaces will flow effortlessly between indoor and outdoor environments. The living areas will also include multiple car garages for ample storage and convenience.

A separate flat will be integrated into the design, offering privacy and autonomy for guests or extended family. This flat will feature its own living area, bedroom, and kitchen, ensuring comfort and independence.

Because of wellness and leisure, the mansion will boast a state-of-the-art gym and a luxurious swimming pool, strategically placed to take advantage of the site’s natural topography. These amenities will provide a tranquil setting for exercise and relaxation.

Rooftop decks will top off the mansion, offering unparalleled views of Sydney Harbour. With this purpose, these decks will be designed for relaxation and entertainment. This provides ample space for outdoor furniture and landscaping.

The mansion’s exterior will combine rock walls, Roman bricks, and large glazed areas, creating a timeless and elegant façade that harmonizes with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape and enhances the home’s presence on the site.
