M+M Architects is proud to present this revitalised block of three apartments, transformed into modern, functional, and visually striking homes. The project focused on maximising liveable space and reimagining parking areas while maintaining harmony with the building’s surroundings.

Located in a prime position overlooking North Harbour, the original structure lacked modern amenities and spatial efficiency. Through careful planning and detailed 3D renders, we redefined each apartment’s layout, providing clients with a clear vision of the final design and enabling a collaborative, feedback-driven process.

Key challenges included expanding parking capacity without compromising aesthetics. Innovative design solutions and thoughtful space planning achieved this balance while enhancing the building’s overall appeal. This project exemplifies how modern architecture can breathe new life into multi-residential spaces, setting a new benchmark for contemporary living.
