Welcome to this stunning refurbishment projects, where we had the pleasure of collaborating with a dynamic mother-daughter duo to completely transform their two-bedroom apartment.

Nestled along the picturesque waterfront of Neutral Bay, the existing building exudes charm with its distinctive blend of heavy sandstone and weatherboard walls. Our clients sought to honour the unique character of their home while infusing it with modern comforts and style.

With exposed sandstone walls lending a sense of warmth and intimacy, our design approach delicately retained these features, selectively opening some to invite more natural light into the interior. Beyond preserving these historical elements, the apartment underwent a comprehensive renovation, encompassing new flooring, ceilings, bedrooms, and robe joinery, as well as the creation of two luxurious bathrooms and kitchens.

Not stopping there, we expanded the living experience beyond the confines of the interior, introducing a range of outdoor amenities on the ground floor. A custom-built pizza oven, BBQ area, and versatile vergola were incorporated, offering the perfect setting for our clients to embrace outdoor living and entertaining in style.

Collaborating closely with esteemed Interior Designer, Mina Staples, we curated a lush interior scheme tailored to the tastes and lifestyle of our clients – two accomplished professionals seeking a space to unwind and recharge.
