Neutral Bay House 2

Description

M+M Architects presents this upcoming Neutral Bay 3D Render project.

This 3D render showcases a single-storey end-of-row house situated on a corner plot with a detached carport.

The current design of the house limits the use of outdoor space, something the owners are keen to improve. Their goal is to enhance the ground floor living areas by opening them up to maximize the limited outdoor space. This change will improve cross ventilation and increase sunlight, making the home brighter and airier.

To meet the homeowners’ evolving needs, we are adding a thoughtfully designed first floor. This new level will blend seamlessly with the existing roof, designed to minimize bulk and visual impact. It will feature a spacious main bedroom with a luxurious ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe (WIR), creating a private retreat. Additionally, the first floor will include another bedroom and a bathroom, providing more functionality and comfort for family and guests.

We’re also redeveloping the detached carport. The plan involves demolishing the existing carport and building a new one, topped with a modern studio that includes an adjoining bathroom. An infrared sauna will be added at the rear of the carport, offering a space for relaxation and wellness.

To ensure cohesion with the existing home, the new roofing will match the current design. Window proportions and timber vertical cladding will align with the existing aesthetic, and the color surface will be chosen to complement the overall design, maintaining a unified and pleasing appearance throughout the property.
