M M Architects were asked by a local developer to look at the feasibility of a consolidated site in the Northern Beaches to demolish three existing houses and provide a low rise block of apartments. Within 2 weeks the initial concept plan for 14 x 3 bedroom apartments with basement parking was developed, which the developer was delighted with! The images produced are early stage massing models, final finishes are yet to be selected.
